Role Description
The PMO Manager / PMO Director will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Project Management Office, ensuring alignment with Dinamica Pessoas’ strategic objectives and client commitments. This part-time, remote role involves overseeing project portfolio planning, establishing governance frameworks, and defining standards, tools, and best practices for project and program delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project performance, managing resource allocation, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and guiding project managers on methodologies and risk management. The role also includes analyzing business processes related to project execution, recommending improvements, and preparing regular status reports and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders. The PMO Manager / PMO Director will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent delivery quality and support informed decision-making.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills,



with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Project Portfolio Management to prioritize, balance, and monitor projects in line with strategic goals.
- Candidates should possess Business Process Improvement skills to assess current practices and implement more efficient, effective workflows.
- Candidates should possess Resource Management skills to plan, allocate, and optimize team capacity across multiple projects.
- Proven experience in establishing or leading a PMO function, preferably in consulting, HR services, or professional services environments.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, hybrid approaches) and relevant software platforms.
