Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring material availability to support production requirements, driving effective production planning and scheduling, optimizing inventory levels, and overseeing warehouse operations for both raw materials and finished goods.

The adecuado candidate will combine strategic planning capabilities with strong operational execution, ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, planning, production, logistics, and warehouse functions to support customer demand, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business objectives, customer requirements, and operational targets.
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)



and demand planning processes to ensure alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and inventory levels.
- Ensure the timely availability of raw materials, components, and supplies required to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Oversee material planning activities, inventory management, and replenishment processes to optimize working capital while maintaining service levels.
- Manage production planning and scheduling processes to maximize manufacturing efficiency, resource utilization, and on-time delivery performance.
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure effective execution of supply chain plans.
- Lead warehouse operations for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, material traceability, storage optimization, and compliance with company standards.
