Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

GC Realty & Development is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who thinks like an owner - someone who spots what's broken in a hiring process before anyone asks, gets ahead of the next headcount need instead of scrambling to react to it, and treats every hiring manager relationship as a partnership. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (must be comfortable with this schedule)

Compensation & Perks
- Base pay of $10.00/hour, plus 12% performance-based compensation paid monthly
- Currency exchange rate program in place to support international team members
- Up to $500 per year for reading approved books
- $1,000 referral bonus (less taxes) for referring a new team member
- $250 referral bonus for referring a new client
- Paid time off

About the Role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will own talent acquisition strategy end-to-end - leveraging 5+ years of senior recruiting experience and Predictive Index expertise to plan ahead, partner with hiring managers, and guide people moves across a growing organization. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role, not an administrative one. The adecuado candidate brings fresh ideas, critically assesses what's working (and what isn't) in the current hiring process, and takes full accountability for outcomes rather than simply executing requests.

Success in this role means anticipating the organization's talent needs before they become urgent, building trusted relationships with hiring managers, and applying data-driven insights to make smarter, faster hiring decisions.
