We're looking for a proactive and results-driven
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our remote team. In this role, you'll be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent while partnering with hiring managers to support the company's growth. You'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding candidate experience and building a strong talent pipeline.

? Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)




- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Promote the company's employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics and recommend process improvements
- Stay up to date with labor market trends and recruitment best practices

✅ Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Wor
