*Primary Responsibilities*

This role will manage 8 plants in Mexico located in Juarez, Monterrey and Queretaro with IMMEX, National Importer and Trading Legal Status, and encompasses all current and future Mexican legal entities. This individual must become involved immediately in the case of any customs audits to support (e.g., notified of any government agency persons arriving at the Mexican Plants).

Develop & manage the Mexican Customs Budget; report variances each month to Management, including KPI’s. Manage the Customs Service providers for plants in Mexico Operations including Contracts, Statements of Work, Purchase Orders and Payments Develop & manage all customs processes for Mexico Customers (Sales in Mexico) Liaise as Mexico Customs Legal representative before all Mexican Regulatory Agencies for all Mexico Customs matters. Manage the Digital Signatures for plants in Mexico (VUCEM seal and COVE seal) generated through the SAT systems (FIEL)Manage the U.S. Electronic Export process (submitted through ACE via 2TS) to obtain the Electronic Export Information (EEI)



and all VUCEM processes including all electronic modernization by the Mexican governmentManage the timely update and revision of all Mexican Regulatory licenses, permits, accreditations including any new requirements for all Mexico Operations Manage and administer Mexico Customs personnel Liaise with U.S. Customs for the administration of CBP processes affecting Mexico operations (e.g., computed value reconciliation, duty drawback, in-bond shipment, etc.)Manage all Mexican Customs processes and develop any new Customs procedures to support the Mexican plant operationsManage Mexico 2TS entry control and pediment balances (Annex 24) and manage VAT certification requirements (Annex 31)Manage all the development, maintenance and operational Customs IT processes and projects
