Job Overview
We are looking for a
Transportation Analyst (Mid-Level)
who thrives in a fast-paced and data-driven environment. This role is responsible for analyzing transportation performance across the Americas region (US, Mexico, and Canada), identifying opportunities for cost savings, service improvement, and network optimization.
This position works closely with our transportation providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure strong performance in cost, quality, and on-time delivery across parcel, LTL, TL, drayage, air, and ocean modes. The role will support initiatives impacting transportation spend, focusing on analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related field




- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights

Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel (mandatory)
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau (mandatory)
- Experience with SAP / TMS / ERP systems (preferred)
- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets
- Understanding of:
- TL / LTL / Parcel / Air / Ocean
- Cross-border US–Mexico operations (preferred)
- Freight cost drivers (weight, dimensions, accessorials)
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms and transportation documentation
- Bilingual (Spanish-English)
- Remote position

What Your Background Should Look Like
- Analyze transportation data across the Americas network (US, Mexico, Canada) including Full Truckload (TL), Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), Parcel, and Port-to-Door shipments (Air & Ocean).
- Develop and maintain transportation KPIs including:
- On-time pickup / delivery
- Cost per shipment / mode
- Carrier performance
- Claims and service metrics
