About our client:

Founded in 1991, this property management firm provides high-quality community management services to residential associations across Connecticut and Southern New England. With a team-based approach, they deliver personalized, reliable service focused on meeting current needs and maximizing long-term property values.

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to be responsible for the following activities:
- Respond to phone calls, voicemails, and emails within the same business day regarding owner payments, account history, and general inquiries.
- Assist unit owners with setting up online payments, reviewing payment options, and navigating their web portal.
- Support unit owners with submitting and tracking maintenance requests.
- Log,



assign, and route homeowner requests in the software to appropriate internal team members.
- Provide additional support as needed.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
- Regular Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mexico City Time
- Daylight saving: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mexico City Time

This position is remote, but you'll need to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.
