Senior Software Engineer (Remote – Mexico)

At One Call, we’re transforming the workers’ compensation industry through innovative technology. As we continue expanding our Engineering team in Mexico, we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building scalable products, and making a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions from concept to production.

• Build high-quality backend services, APIs, and user-facing applications using modern engineering practices.

• Own features end-to-end, from technical design through deployment and ongoing improvements.

• Contribute to architecture decisions and help drive technical excellence across the team.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.





• Improve system reliability, observability, and performance.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

• Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and software quality.

• Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong experience with C#/.NET for backend development.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, automated testing, and modern software development practices.

• Solid understanding of cloud-native applications, observability, and software architecture.

• Experience building production systems in product-driven organizations, SaaS companies, or large-scale enterprise environments.
