You will scale a new Forex brand in India by leading strategic market entry and operations.

Compensation:

USD 15K - 20K/month

+ Commissions (:USD5K/month)

Responsibilities and more:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the launch and growth of a new Forex and CFD brand targeting the Indian market.
- Build and execute the market entry strategy and establish a strong local presence.
- Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams across Business Development, Marketing, Customer Support, and Partnerships.




- Identify, onboard, and manage key Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.
- Develop commission structures and incentive programs to maximize partner performance and loyalty.
- Build relationships with financial influencers, trading educators, and regional communities.
- Design and execute localized sales and marketing campaigns to increase active traders and deposit volumes.
- Monitor business performance, trading activity, and P&L; metrics to ensure sustainable growth.
- Analyze market trends and adapt products, payment methods, and trading conditions to local requirements.
- Establish clear KPIs across functions and drive accountability for business results.
- Collaborate with external providers supporting dealing, payments, compliance, and product operations.
- Ensure all business activities align with internal AML, KYC, and compliance requirements.
