We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Coordinator
to join our team. In this hybrid role, you'll support day-to-day human resources operations, assist with recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, and help ensure a positive employee experience while supporting HR initiatives across the organization.

? Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Assist with new hire onboarding and employee orientation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Process HR paperwork, including employment contracts, personnel files, and other documentation
- Coordinate employee training, engagement, and development programs
- Assist with benefits administration and HR policy implementation
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information




- Collaborate with managers and other departments to support HR initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies

✅ Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in human resources, HR administration, or a related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, or other HR software is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment processes
- Fluent in English;
Spanish language skills are highly desirable
- Based in Mexico with legal authorization to work full-time
