Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Production Supervisor to lead our production operations and ensure optimal efficiency, quality, and safety. This role is responsible for supervising production team members, managing daily activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. As a key leader, you will foster a positive work environment, build a cohesive team, and set the standard for operational excellence in a high-paced manufacturing setting.

Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Manufacturing certifications and experience implementing TPS methodologies
- Lines Balance experience
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment




- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with expertise in root cause analysis
- Experience managing budgets and improving production efficiency through continuous improvement projects

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or other technical engineering discipline
- Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 5 years of injection molding experience, includingpaint area process
- Hands-on experience with line balancing and compliance with safety and quality standards
