technology.

We are looking for a
Textile & Fashion Innovation Specialist
to lead and coordinate R&D; and technology transfer projects at the intersection of
fashion, textile engineering, plasma technology, and nanotechnology
.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead innovation projects involving plasma-assisted textile processing.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, and industrial partners.
- Design and evaluate functional textile applications incorporating nanotechnology.
- Support technology validation, product development, and commercialization.
- Identify new opportunities in smart textiles, sustainable fashion, and high-performance materials.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, or a related field.
- Experience in textile innovation,



technical textiles, or functional apparel.
- Knowledge of nanomaterials, surface engineering, or advanced finishing technologies.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for disruptive technologies.

Experience with plasma technology is a plus, but not required.
Selected candidates will receive
specialized training in Cold Atmospheric Plasma and Nanotechnology for Textile Manufacturing and Fashion Applications
