The Customs Supervisor is responsible for the end-to-end customs operation and trade compliance management of the Mexico manufacturing plant, including raw material imports, equipment imports, finished goods exports, bonded inventory control under IMMEX, ANEXO 24 / LIA system management, customs documentation, logistics and customs cost control, service provider management, NOM certification coordination, and USMCA / COO origin compliance. This role ensures compliant, efficient, and cost-effective import and export operations while supporting business growth, new product launches, and regulatory audits.

III. Key Responsibilities

A. End-to-End Import and Export Operations Management

• Lead and supervise the full customs process for raw material imports, equipment imports, and finished goods exports, coordinating with logistics providers, freight forwarders, suppliers, local customs brokers, and internal departments.

• Track shipment movement, customs clearance progress, cargo arrival, plant delivery,



and finished goods export timelines to ensure materials arrive on time and customer delivery schedules are met.

• Prevent cargo detention, port demurrage, customs delays, and operational disruptions by closely monitoring each import/export milestone and taking timely corrective actions.

• Independently handle customs inspections, clearance exceptions, supplementary document requests, customs appeals, and urgent shipment issues.

• Maintain an exception log for customs and logistics issues, conduct regular root-cause reviews, and continuously improve operating procedures to reduce delay and compliance risks.

• Manage, classify, and archive complete import/export documents, including pedimentos, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/air waybills, certificates of origin, IMMEX-related records, and customs support files.

B. Customs and Logistics Billing Review and Cost Control

• Review and reconcile all customs, brokerage, freight forwarding, transportation, ware
