We're looking for a highly organized and results-oriented
Project Manager
to lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring effective collaboration across teams.

? Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation through successful completion
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project schedules, resources, and priorities to ensure timely delivery
- Track project performance using key metrics and provide regular status updates
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear project documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals




- Ensure projects comply with company standards, policies, and quality requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices

✅ Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in project management or a related role
- Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in English;
Spanish language skills are highly desirable
- Based in Mexico with legal authorization to work full-time
