The Role

Intel 471 is looking for a proactive, adaptable QA Automation Engineer to support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for a fast-moving product track. The role is remote, based in Europe,



on a contract (B2B) basis.

We expect our engineers to work in an AI-augmented way. You should be comfortable using AI coding assistants (such as Claude / Claude Code or equivalent LLM-based tools) as part of your daily workflow to accelerate test creation, debug failures, refactor suites, and review coverage while keeping a critical eye on correctness, reliability, and security. We prioritize adaptability and the ability to extract value from AI-generated output over mastery of any single tool or framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to quality processes across the planning, development, and release stages of the SDLC.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to design, generate, validate, and maintain test assets at scale.
- Review and critically evaluate AI-generated test output before it enters the repo catching false positives, coverage gaps, and wrongful assertions.
