As a Product Designer, Employee Experience & Conversational AI, you will design and improve digital experiences across ServiceNow and Moveworks platforms. You will focus on simplifying how employees access support, knowledge, and services through modern portal experiences and AI-powered conversational journeys. This role combines UX design, service design,



and cross-functional collaboration to deliver experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with enterprise needs.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:
Design employee-facing experiences across enterprise portals, knowledge, service request, and conversational AI channels

Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, flows, and design specifications to support product and platform delivery

Partner with product, engineering, platform, and business teams to improve self-service adoption, search success, and employee satisfaction

Ensure solutions are accessible, inclusive, privacy-aware, and aligned with enterprise design standards

What do you need to have?

Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in product design, UX design, service
