Role Overview:




- We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Medical Receptionist to support a growing Mental Health practice.
- The adecuado candidate has experience working in healthcare, understands insurance processes, and is passionate about providing excellent patient support.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Perform insurance verification through payer portals.
- Follow up on claim statuses and outstanding insurance issues.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone and email.
- Utilize EHR/EMR systems to manage patient information and appointments.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist.
- Experience working in Psychiatry, Behavioral Health, or Mental Health practices required.
- Knowledge of insurance verification and eligibility processes.
