We are pleased to share that we are seeking a "Senior Accounting Analyst - Financial Close & Reporting" to join a project within a globally recognized company in the banking and financial services sector.

3-6 years of proven in accounting entries, month-end closing processes, financial and accounting analysis.At least intermnediate in English (active communication with offshore teams)

What you will work on
Selected candidate will actively collaborate with client personnel on their accounting and finance area supporting accounting entries, month-end closing processes, financial and accounting analysis, and responding to any requests from the assigned Manager .
- Support monthly closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Record journal entries (debits and credits) in internal accounting systems.
- Upload, validate, and reconcile financial data within client systems.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure proper accounting records.
- Perform detailed analysis of balance sheet and P&L; accounts, identifying key variances.
- Support intercompany processes,



including reconciliations and accounting entries.
- Collaborate with controllership, finance, and business teams for process alignment.
- Communicate with international teams to support operational coordination.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

What you will bring
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis.

Proven experience in:
Accounting entries (debit/credit).Month-end closing processes.Financial and accounting analysis.

Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel skills (macros are highly desirable).Experience with financial systems (preferred):PEARLP2PAPSSSistemas contables bancarios

Knowledge of:
Intercompany processes (preferred).Accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.Financial statement analysis and cash flow understanding.
