We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Logistics Coordinator
to join our team. In this hybrid role, you'll coordinate the movement of goods, manage shipping and inventory processes, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and timely logistics operations.

? Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor and track shipments while resolving transportation or delivery issues
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and customers regarding shipment status
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and logistics records
- Assist with inventory management and stock reconciliation
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and customer service teams to support business needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable transportation regulations
- Analyze logistics performance and identify opportunities for process improvements




- Maintain accurate data in logistics and inventory management systems
- Support day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations

✅ Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or a related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or logistics management systems is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and inventory management
- Fluent in English;
Spanish language skills are highly desirable
- Based in Mexico with legal authorization to work full-time
