Job Overview

This role provides foundational skilled trades support across manufacturing and utility systems, performing routine installation, maintenance, and repair tasks under close supervision. They follow established procedures to complete basic technical work such as inspections, measurements, and adjustments.



The role focuses on developing familiarity with production equipment, tools, and safety practices. They communicate primarily within their team, supporting daily operations by completing assigned tasks accurately. This level builds the core technical skills required- for progression in Manufacturing Technical Trades.
Accountabilities

1. Perform Routine Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Tasks The S10 employee follows detailed instructions to support basic installation, maintenance, and repair steps on manufacturing and utility equipment. They complete assigned portions of work such as cleaning components, tightening fasteners, and performing simple adjustments. This ensures equipment upkeep and supports safe, reliable operations.
