We are seeking an experienced and innovative Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Required Skills:




- Support Account Managers by assisting with day-to-day activities including sample entry, document distribution, quotations, regulatory responses, and order follow-up.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and ensure prompt and courteous issue resolution.
- Assist with sales activities such as responding to product questions, providing product information, and supporting lead generation efforts.
- Act as a liaison with customers during Account Manager travel or absences (e.g., vacation, leave).
- Serve as backup to the Sales Coordinator and Sales Assistant as needed.
