We are seeking a highly analytical and ambitious Venture Capital Analyst to support investment sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio analysis for early-stage and growth-stage companies. This role is idóneo for individuals passionate about startups, innovation, and high-growth investment opportunities.

? Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate early-stage and growth-stage startup investment opportunities.

• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive landscape assessments.

• Analyze financial statements, business models, and growth potential of startups.

• Support due diligence processes including founder interviews and data validation.

• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment theses.

• Prepare investment memos and presentations for investment committee review.

• Monitor portfolio companies’ performance and track key metrics.

• Identify emerging trends, sectors, and disruptive technologies.

• Support deal execution,



including documentation and transaction coordination.

• Assist in fundraising, LP reporting, and investor communications.

• Maintain deal pipeline tracking and CRM databases.

• Collaborate with partners, associates, and portfolio managers on investment strategy.

✅ Requirements

• Experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, startups, or financial analysis is preferred.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.

• Excellent understanding of business models, startups, and venture capital ecosystems.

• Ability to evaluate early-stage companies with limited financial data.

• Strong research, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
