Role Description
The Sr Software Engineer, React Focused (ETL, Python & Data Pipeline) is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and data pipelines. This position involves building React-based user interfaces, implementing robust backend services, and integrating ETL workflows using Python and related tooling. The engineer will collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and other software developers to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant solutions. Daily activities include coding, code reviews, debugging, optimizing data processing, writing unit and integration tests, and contributing to architectural decisions. The role also includes maintaining technical documentation, improving development practices, and mentoring peers in modern engineering and data pipeline best practices.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development,



with experience in designing and building production-grade applications.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), including writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, microservices, and integration with data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Advanced React and modern front-end skills (React hooks, state management, component architecture, TypeScript or JavaScript ES6+).
- Practical experience with Python for ETL, data pipeline development, and integration with databases and cloud services.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance optimization for data-intensive applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skill
