POSITION OVERVIEW

The Maintenance Coordinator is the face of maintenance inside of the market. This individual is responsible for all functions of maintenance regarding the following: revenue, profitability, and ensuring the Maintenance Techs/vendors are staying busy with work. With all positions, you must “treat it like you own it” This person must move with urgency on a daily basis, be decisive and assertive, solve problems using data and factual information, and finally, have a knack for detailed, accurate work. This individual should also be able to clearly communicate to all levels within the organization both
