Responsibilities:

Established the production standard methods for current process according to the

process floe diagram and control plan, integrating the 4M's (Material, Machine,

Method and Main).

Supports the training processes to achieve the training shedule according to the

established standard.

Develops and maintains updated the necessary documents to establish the production standard (SOP, procedures, Forms, etc.).

Assist the production department to solve the process issues that effect the main KPI in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) by evaluating the 4M's + 2M's.
Qualifications:

Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical engineering or similar.

At least 4 years of experience in the area of Manufacturing Processes in automotive industrial,

Knowledge in manufacturing process principles (assembly or plastic mixing or MCU or curing desirable). Assembly and automated station processes, PLC programming, Robots or Cobots.

Specialized Knowledge





Process engineering process map, Lean methodology production processes.

Manufacturing Processes (process design, specification book and process release).

IATF 16949, Core Tools, AMEF and GD&T; drawing interpretation, basic knowledge in ISO 14001, 50001 and 45001.
