Overview:
Wonderful Citrus is seeking an FP&A; Manager with strong leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset to lead both Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounting functions, playing a key role in developing high-performing teams, driving alignment across the organization, and enabling business performance through financial leadership, while ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial reporting.

- Oversee a local matrix financial shared service team.
- Lead, mentor, and develop both FP&A; and Accounting teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee and drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Ensure integrity, accuracy, and compliance of financial statements and accounting records.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation of executive-level financial reports and presentations.
- Partner closely with accounting, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial results and business performance.
