Role Description
The Manager Global Knowledge Base is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a centralized, global knowledge management system that supports internal teams and customer-facing functions. This full-time, on-site role, located in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area, involves defining knowledge architecture, setting standards, and ensuring content quality, accuracy, and accessibility across regions. The manager oversees content creation and curation,



coordinates with subject matter experts, and establishes governance processes for updates, reviews, and approvals. Daily tasks include analyzing knowledge gaps, monitoring usage and performance metrics, optimizing search and navigation, and driving continuous improvement through feedback and best practices. The role also collaborates closely with IT, operations, customer service, and training teams to align the knowledge base with business objectives and global processes.

Qualifications
- Experience in knowledge management, content governance, or documentation leadership, preferably in a global, technical, or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with knowledge base platforms, content management systems, and collaboration tools, as well as strong information architecture and taxonomy skills.
