The idóneo candidate will have experience configuring, customizing, maintaining,
and administering a ServiceNow platform. This role will partner with internal
stakeholders and clients to help design and implement ServiceNow Configurable
Workspace based applications, workflows, dashboards, reports, portals, etc. to
optimize business processes.

Day-to-day duties will include upgrades, syncing environments, maintaining the
system's operational efficiency by supporting user
acceptance/performance/security/usability testing, developing and maintaining
system documentation, and resolving incidents and change/problem requests.

Key RESPONSIBILITIES

ITSM Developer responsibilities include:

* Configure, customize and use scripting to build and improve ServiceNow
applications including, but not limited to creation of forms, workflows,
service requests, ACLs, and email notifications
* Help plan and implement projects using technical insight and knowledge
* Perform root cause analysis and identify resolution of issues




* Collaborate with customers to understand, document and translate requirements
* Maintain and refine processes supporting efficient operations
* Research and deploy new releases and patches
* Construct reports, views and dashboards in ServiceNow and in the consumption
of ServiceNow data by other tools and/or processes
* Train users and promote awareness of ServiceNow functionality
* Develop custom software solutions as required through scripting and software
development
* Provide unit testing of implementation.
* Support requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and
third-party contributors.
* Provide subject matter expertise for ServiceNow for the enterprise.

Skills And Experience

Required Skills and Experience

* Bachelor’s degree
* 5+ years of ServiceNow hands on experience, specifically CSM, ITSM modules
including Portals.
* 3+ years of hands on ServiceNow development experience across
