Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to develop new business and provide technical support to clients in Mexico and international markets. You will play a key role in our Latin America growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, contact, and develop new clients (B2B).
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and sample follow-ups.
- Visit factories and clients to understand needs and recommend solutions.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Coordinate with China/US teams for orders, logistics, and testing.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide market feedback to support product development.





Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in technical sales or B2B sales (industrial/polymers/plastics experience is a strong plus).
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within Mexico for client visits.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle preferred.
