Compensation & Perks

* Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 USD per hour (Paid Weekly)
* Monthly Bonus: Up to 12% bonus based on performance each month

About the Role




The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will own talent acquisition strategy
end-to-end - leveraging 5+ years of senior recruiting experience and Predictive
Index expertise to plan ahead, partner with hiring managers, and guide people
moves across a growing organization. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role,
not an administrative one. The adecuado candidate brings fresh ideas, critically
assesses what's working (and what isn't) in the current hiring process, and
takes full accountability for outcomes rather than simply executing requests.

Success in this role means anticipating the organization's talent needs before
they become urgent, building trusted relationships with hiring managers, and
applying data-driven insights to make smarter, faster hiring decisions.
