We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven
Spanish-Bilingual Sales VA
to manage and re-engage a pipeline of 3,000+ warm leads, trade show attendees, and social media inquiries for our specialty butter product line.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Rate: $6/hour
- Annual bonus
equal to 1 month's pay

Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Management:
Actively follow up with a database of 3,000+ warm leads generated from trade shows and social media channels.
- Outbound Calling:
Conduct enthusiastic, professional outbound calls to prospects to introduce our specialty butter products and qualify their interest.
- Full-Cycle Sales:
Move prospects smoothly through the entire sales pipeline, from the initial discovery call to handling objections and closing the sale.
- CRM Hygiene:
Track 100% of lead activity, log call notes, and manage follow-up schedules meticulously within
HubSpot
.
- Sample Logistics:




Coordinate the sending of product samples to highly interested prospects and follow up to secure their feedback/orders.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate closely with internal sales teams and external distributors to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Reporting:
Provide clear weekly reports on activity metrics (calls made, samples sent, leads qualified) and sales results.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):
- Mandatory Tool Expertise:
Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience using
HubSpot CRM
(logging deals, tasks, pipelines, and activities).
- Sales Background:
Proven experience as a Sales VA, Lead Generation Specialist, SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative.
- Phone Grit:
Exceptional verbal communication skills with a warm, confident, and persuasive phone presence. You view "no" as just a step toward a "yes."
- B2B or Food Industry Experience (Plus):
Experience selling to businesses, distributors, or within the Food & Beverage / FMCG space is a massive advantage.
