Lead the Health, Safety and Environment strategy for Colep Consumer Products Mexico, ensuring legal compliance, risk prevention, people protection and environmental responsibility. This role is key to strengthening a preventive and sustainable culture, aligned with corporate standards, audits, certifications and the organization’s ESG commitments.

Main Responsibilities
- Define, implement and follow up on the plant’s Health, Safety and Environment strategy, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, permits, licenses, Mexican official standards and corporate requirements.
- Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of the management systems related to occupational health, safety and environment, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other applicable standards.
- Coordinate and support internal, external, regulatory and customer audits, as well as sustainability and corporate responsibility assessments, including EcoVadis, SEDEX and other ESG requirements.
- Manage permits, authorizations and reports before the relevant authorities regarding environmental matters,



civil protection, industrial safety, waste management, emissions, discharges and other applicable obligations.
- Drive accident prevention, occupational health, industrial hygiene, training, incident investigation and operational risk control programs, promoting the active participation of leaders and employees.
- Ensure proper identification, assessment and control of risks related to processes, facilities, equipment, contractors and critical activities, strengthening operational discipline and a culture of self care.
- Lead environmental sustainability initiatives, resource efficiency, impact reduction, responsible waste management and corporate objectives related to Love Tomorrow and Colep’s general strategy.
