We're looking for a
Human Resources Information System Analyst
who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys turning business needs into practical, scalable HR technology solutions. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in transforming HR processes while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization.

What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into system solutions.
- Lead and support HR transformation initiatives from design through implementation.
- Drive configuration, testing, documentation, and process improvements across HR systems.
- Analyze data, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.
- Support projects using structured methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in HR Transformation,



HRIS, HR Technology, or related areas.
- Proven ability to bridge business requirements and system capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, documentation, and implementation activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
- Experience with
SAP, SuccessFactors
, or similar HR platforms is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with
Agile
and/or
Waterfall
methodologies.
- A proactive, execution-focused mindset with a willingness to dive into the details and drive results.
