- Basic knowledge or coursework in operations management and process optimization.
- Exposure to or interest in project management, including planning, tracking, and reporting tasks.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Excel and other productivity tools; familiarity with data or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Monterrey, NLE, demonstrating reliability, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
- Professional fluency in Spanish; basic English skills are a plus.
