Your Tasks
- Develop and implement standardized warehouse and logistics concepts across the Americas region.
- Align regional logistics strategies with global SCM and corporate objectives.
- Define best practices for warehouse design, layout, and material flow optimization.
- Lead network optimization initiatives (distribution footprint, transport flows, inventory pos.




- Design warehouse layouts including storage systems, automation solutions, and picking strategies.
- Optimize space utilization, throughput, and operational efficiency.
- Support new warehouse setups, expansions, and consolidations.
- Analyze and improve inbound, internal, and outbound logistics processes.
- Standardize logistics processes across plants and distribution centers.
- Define KPIs and performance measurement systems for logistics operations.
- Lead and support regional logistics and warehouse projects (greenfield and brownfield).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, IT, procurement, engineering).
- Act as subject matter expert in system implementations (e.g., WMS, automation solutions).
- Evaluate and implement new technologies (automation, robotics, digitalization, WMS).
- Support digital transformation in logistics (data analytics, simulation tools, digital twins).
