The QualiFind Group has been engaged in searching for a Plant Manager for our client´s expanding manufacturing operation in Baja California.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Plant Manager will play a hands-on leadership role for ongoing operations and the plant’s transformation and expansion.

Candidates for this role will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or Manufacturing Engineering or Operations discipline from an accredited university.
- MBA or other related Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Operations or Management, with previous experience in manufacturing operations in the electronics/electrical industry.
- DMS, Kaizen, and Six Sigma training.
- Knowledge of local culture and ability to integrate local culture with Company culture to achieve operational goals.
- Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for communicating with local staff and international stakeholders
