Job Responsibilities
Key Account Management & Buyer Coordination
- Manage AIoT product operations with key retail partners including Liverpool and Coppel.
- Maintain close collaboration with category buyers to drive assortment expansion, new product listing, and category growth.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve business objectives and strengthen long-term partnerships.

PSI Management & Demand Planning
- Manage PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory) tracking and analysis for assigned accounts.
- Monitor inventory health, sell-through performance, and weeks of supply to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Lead monthly forecasting and demand planning processes, coordinating with sales, supply chain, and planning teams to improve forecast accuracy.
- Identify inventory risks and opportunities, proactively driving replenishment and stock clearance actions.

Sales Performance & Target Achievement
- Own Sell-In (SI) and Sell-Out (SO) performance tracking for assigned categories and customers.




- Develop action plans to achieve quarterly and annual SI targets while improving SO performance.
- Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports for internal stakeholders and retail partners.

Pricing & Promotion Management
- Monitor market pricing, promotional activities, and competitive landscape across key AIoT categories.
- Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and product launches.
- Evaluate promotion effectiveness and optimize investment allocation to maximize sales and profitability.

Business Analysis & Cross-functional Coordination
- Conduct sales, inventory, and forecast analysis to support business decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth business operations.
