We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to lead enterprise-wide risk management for a leading organization within the financial services industry .
This executive role will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the organization’s risk framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, and embedding a strong risk culture across all business activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and continuously enhance the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework across all business units within a highly regulated financial environment .
- Identify, assess, and mitigate key risks, including credit, market, operational, liquidity, compliance, and reputational risks .
- Ensure full compliance with applicable financial regulations , supervisory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders on all risk-related matters.
- Advise the CEO and Board of Directors on risk exposure, emerging threats, and strategic risk decisions.




- Lead the development of risk appetite statements, policies, and limits aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk reporting processes to support decision-making.
- Promote a strong risk-aware culture across the organization, ensuring accountability at all levels.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure risk considerations are embedded in new products, investments, and strategic initiatives .

Required Experience & Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience in risk management within the financial industry (banking, investment services, capital markets, asset management, or similar).
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role (CRO, Head of Risk, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk governance, and supervisory frameworks .
- Demonstrated experience interacting with financial regulators and managing audits and inspections.
