Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership, business development/ sales, ideally within engineering, industrial, construction, or technical product environments
- Proven experience leading and developing teams

Nice to have :

A leading global manufacturing and engineering client of Insight General is seeking a Commercial Director, LATAM to serve as the senior commercial leader across Mexico, Central & South America, and the Caribbean. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and overall business performance across the region. With full P&L; ownership,



this individual will lead a high-performing regional sales organization and translate enterprise commercial strategy into effective, market-specific execution. On a day-to-day basis, the Commercial Director will oversee regional sales performance, guide strategic account engagement, and partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment between commercial priorities and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic & Financial Leadership: Define and execute regional commercial strategy; own full P&L; (revenue, margin, EBITDA) and drive forecast accuracy and performance
- Sales Leadership: Lead and develop the regional sales organization (RSMs, EBMs, ISMs), ensuring execution against pipeline, account strategies, and growth targets
- Product & Technical Alignment: Partner with Product & Technical teams to align solutions with market needs and deliver engineered, customer-focused outcomes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Fina
