Montaplast of North America's, manufacturing operation in Hermosillo, Mexico seeks an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams throughout the complete program lifecycle, ensuring successful execution of assigned automotive programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer contact for all program-related activities and issues.
- Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of program development, launch, and production.
- Ensure program objectives related to cost, quality, timing, performance, tooling, and engineering budgets are achieved.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, action plans, issue tracking, and launch readiness activities.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives and implement corrective actions to address program risks and performance gaps.
- Coordinate and communicate program status, milestones, and deliverables with customers, leadership, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide customer support for vehicle-level and program-related concerns.

Preferred Qualifications




- Experience with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Experience managing program launches and production transfers.
- Exposure to international customer environments.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred) Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience regarding Major Responsibilities (listed above) in project management in the automotive industry.

Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Strong understanding of:
- APQP
- PPAP
- AIAG FMEA (Design and Process)
- Product Launch Processes
- Working knowledge of:
- GD&T;
- CAD systems
- Experience with Covisint and AS400 is considered an asset.

Language Skills:
- Advanced to Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal) is mandatory
