Your Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor and manage a team of real estate advisors.
- Develop Patrimo's presence across Mexico City and the State of Mexico.
- Build relationships with property owners, investors, developers and strategic partners.
- Support advisors in identifying and closing residential, commercial and hospitality transactions.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability and high performance.
- Represent Patrimo exclusively within your territory.
