We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our LATAM Regional Center of Excellence (RCoE) HR team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of payroll services across the region ,



working in close collaboration with our external payroll provider .
This position reports directly to the Payroll Manager and plays a key role in ensuring vendor performance, data integrity, and a seamless employee experience .

Act as the primary point of contact between Epiroc and the external payroll vendor , ensuring smooth and accurate service delivery
Coordinate payroll inputs, validations, and outputs with the vendor to ensure timely and compliant payroll processing
Review and validate payroll results, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local regulations
Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax, and statutory requirements across countries
Maintain high standards of data quality, integrity, and confidentiality
Monitor vendor performance and SLAs, identifying and addressing any deviations
Support payroll systems and processes, including implementations, enhancements, and automation ini
