We're looking for a Senior Manager, HR Transformation who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys turning business needs into practical, scalable HR technology solutions. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in transforming HR processes while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization.

What You'll Do

Partner with business leaders and HR teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into system solutions.
Lead and support HR transformation initiatives from design through implementation.
Drive configuration, testing, documentation, and process improvements across HR systems.
Analyze data, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.
Support projects using structured methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in HR Transformation, HRIS, HR Technology,



or related areas.
Proven ability to bridge business requirements and system capabilities.
Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, documentation, and implementation activities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar HR platforms is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
A proactive, execution-focused mindset with a willingness to dive into the details and drive results.
