Requirements:
- Advanced English level (verbal and written)




- At least 1 YEAR of call center experience
- Commute time (No more than 1 hour from the site)

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and offering solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
