Job Description

Maintain an homologated process with rules, information, data, KPIs, times and actions to improve, support and keep track on all commercial efforts designed to improve the experience of our customers in the lead to cash process.

Main Responsibilities

Standardize the efforts and impacts of assigned projects and initiatives
Support and maintain an information model that shows how these projects improve the customer experience
Identify and implement new opportunities to obtain valuable information that can improve the customer experience.

Position Challenges

Manage and coordinate several teams from different countries, cultures, backgrounds and expectations
Maintain a constantly evolving model with all projects information

Qualifications

Any requirement for this role, you may divide these into:

Fluent English
Academic Background: Analytics Master Degree or similar, +2 years in digital adoption areas or similar
Areas of expertise: Commercial, Customer Experience, Process & IT, Analytics, Adoption of digital tools
Technical Skills required by role:



Software skills for data collection and presentation, Advanced Excel, Statistical programming knowledge, Ability to articulate data-driven decisions, ability to summarize and present data, well versed in the latest innovations and trends in the market related to data manipulation product and services.
Soft Skills: Self-motivated, highly engaged, problem solving, motivated for digital technology, managing uncertainty, critical thinking, time management of projects and relationships.
