Supply Chain Manager – Inbound Logistics | Monterrey, Mexico
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our inbound logistics and materials management operations, ensuring the uninterrupted flow of materials required to support manufacturing performance and customer commitments. This role is responsible for inventory management, materials planning, receiving, warehousing, and logistics execution, while partnering closely with Production Schedulers to align material availability with production requirements.

What You'll Do

Lead the Materials Planning, Receiving, Warehousing, and Inventory Control functions to ensure operational continuity and inventory accuracy.
Drive material availability strategies that support production schedules while optimizing inventory levels and working capital.
Partner closely with Production Schedulers to align supply, inventory, and production priorities, ensuring reliable execution and delivery performance.
Monitor inventory performance across Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods,



identifying opportunities to improve inventory turns and reduce excess stock.
Manage supplier delivery performance and inbound material flows to minimize supply risks and production disruptions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, warehouse efficiency, logistics performance, and process standardization.
Develop and sustain best practices in inventory management, planning processes, cycle counting, safety stock management, and logistics execution.
Collaborate with Operations, Demand Planning, and regional Supply Chain teams to ensure effective execution of supply plans and operational objectives.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
APICS certification.
8+ years of experience in materials management, inventory control, logistics, production planning support, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
