Job Description
Lead the scalability of local and cross-border logistics operations, ensuring capacity alignment with business growth.
Drive cost reduction initiatives through vendor optimization, rate negotiations, and operational efficiencies.
Optimize vendor and carrier performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards.
Develop and launch new logistics channels and operating models to support evolving business needs.
Continuously improve logistics and warehouse operations, identifying inefficiencies and implementing corrective actions.
Execute channel development plans, including vendor sourcing, bidding processes, onboarding, and ramp-up.
Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring, amendments, and SLA frameworks with logistics partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, Tech, and Regional teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
Monitor operational and financial performance using data-driven insights and reporting tools.

Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Languages: Advanced English (written and spoken) and Spanish.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics, procurement, commercial functions, warehouse operations, or related fields.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of operational management systems (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP) and data analysis tools.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills for negotiations, presentations, documentation, and reporting.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical ability to identify inefficiencies, negotiate solutions, and drive implementation.
Leadership: Proven experience managing vendors and external partner
