The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting all aspects of Human Resources in Mexico, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, offboarding, and office operations. This role partners closely with employees, managers, and corporate teams to ensure a positive employee experience, operational efficiency, and compliance with Mexican labor laws and company policies. The idóneo candidate is a bilingual HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting both people and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Post and manage job openings across various recruiting platforms.

identify, and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business leaders.
Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare offer letters and support compensation discussions as needed.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
Onboarding & Employee Integration
Coordinate all onboarding activities for new hires.
Prepare and distribute employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and new hire paperwork.
Track and follow up on required signatures and new hire documentation.
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.
Ensure employees receive required equipment, system access, and workplace resources.
Partner with managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
