Nexaminds is seeking a Certified ServiceNow Trainer to help drive successful adoption of the ServiceNow platform across the organization. This role is focused on empowering end users through engaging training sessions, answering day-to-day "how-to" questions, and creating learning resources that improve user confidence and productivity.
The adecuado candidate combines strong ServiceNow expertise with excellent communication and facilitation skills and enjoys helping others learn and succeed.
Location: Remote, Mexico and Canada




Qualifications we are looking for:
Active ServiceNow Certification (required).
5+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
Proven experience delivering technical or end-user training.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow functionality and platform capabilities.
Experience creating training materials, documentation, and knowledge base articles.
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).
Job duties:
Deliver engaging ServiceNow training sessions for end users, administrators, and business stakeholders.
Serve as the go-to resource for general ServiceNow "how-to" questions and user guidance.
Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, knowledge articles, and documentation.
Assess user knowledge gaps and design tr
