As part of the Audit practice, you will be responsible for executing high-quality audit engagements, supporting client service teams, and ensuring compliance with professional standards. This role combines technical accounting knowledge, audit execution, and leadership of service delivery. You will contribute to process improvement, mentor junior team members, and strengthen KPMG’s reputation for excellence in audit services.
Core Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day activities of audit engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Participate in client and engagement team interactions, effectively communicating insights and findings.
Review audit work papers prepared by team members, providing constructive feedback and ensuring quality.
Identify opportunities to optimize audit processes and improve efficiency across engagements.
Monitor and raise potential issues to managers,
providing recommendations for resolution.
Demonstrate professionalism and clarity of communication in all client and internal interactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2).
2–4 years of relevant external audit experience; Big 4 or large/mid-tier firm experience strongly preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of audit procedures, and accounting standards. US GAAP preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and audit-related software.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of Shared Service Centres.
